As your lease end approaches, we'll reach out about renewing. Here's how it works:

• Your renewal offer and Notice to Continue arrive by DocuSign email — watch your inbox as your lease term winds down.
• We may ask for updated continuation financials (paystubs and bank statements).
• Renewal terms, including any rent adjustment, are governed by your Lease (§15).
