When your lease renewal approaches, we ask for current continuation financials — the same kinds of documents you attached to your Rental Application:
- Recent paystubs (or equivalent proof of income)
- Recent bank statements
These help us prepare your renewal offer.
Submitting today: the online Financials upload launches here soon. Until then, upload through your
Resident Center (Lease §18.17.3).
