Lease End & Move-Out Procedures
When your tenancy is ending, three things need to happen here:
- Notice to Vacate — written notice that you will not be renewing, due 98 Days before your Lease Expiration Date (Lease §15.3).
- Moving-Day Notice — your scheduled moving day, so we can coordinate access and turnover.
- Forwarding Address — where your security-deposit disposition and any refund should be sent.
Your Move-Out Inspection Report is completed at the end of your tenancy and remains a separate record from your Move-In Inspection.
Submitting today: the online Move-Out form launches here soon. Until then, submit your Notice to Vacate, moving day, and forwarding address through your
Resident Center (Lease §18.17.3). Questions:
