Move-In Inspection
Form M — Move-In / Move-Out Inspection Form. Walk through your unit and
rate the condition of each item. Add a photo of anything that is Damaged (and of
anything else you want on record). When you are finished you will generate a PDF to upload to
your Resident Center.
Deadline — Lease § 7.2.2: submit this form with photographs
within seven (7) Days after the inspection period begins.
The inspection period begins on the Lease Commencement Date if keys or other access are
available on that date, regardless of when you collect them; otherwise it begins when
access is first made available.
